Workplace Resource Group (WRG) is a member of the Herman Miller Certified Dealer Network. As one of nearly 50 dealer partners, we are committed to consistency, quality, efficiency and accountability in the products and services we provide. A collaborative effort among dealers in the network ensures that customers will receive seamless, personal and local service, whether a project involves one facility or 10 facilities around the world.
As a Herman Miller Certified Network Dealer, WRG has the ability to handle all projects – even those outside the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Working within the Herman Miller Network, WRG is aligned with the BEST vendors and individuals, who like us, practice and take pride in the necessary details and customer care of any small or large project.
Why is this important? Regular performance reviews drive continuous improvement. We define continuous improvement as a year-to-year increase in performance against an established set of best practices. Members are measured in the areas of Leadership, Sales, Operations and Finance. Certification is gained – and maintained – only after a satisfactory evaluation. Herman Miller has made customer satisfaction a category in the performance criteria against which we are assessed in order to remain a Certified Network member.
