Complex customer engagement involving as many as 75 employees on site per day to execute moves, reconfigurations, project management, CAD/CAFM, occupancy and strategic planning. Completed 125-150 person moves per weekend. Growth from 1000 to 9800 workstations.

TXU

HMWR, working in conjunction with the A&D firm, Herman Miller was selected by TXU to provide over 2700 workstations and chairs for multiple facilities. TXU has maintained an ongoing relationship with Herman Miller for all their furniture and service requirements in all of their facilities.

Texas Instruments

1995 saw several large furniture projects for TI, the largest being a $4M renovation of the TI Forest Lane location. Texas Instruments has the largest installed base (12,000 workstations) of Herman Miller product in the world.

Global Services Agreement to provide furniture, planning and project management. Day-to-day management of the 1600 person Plano campus and locations throughout the U.S.

A lead project for Herman Miller Ethospace, installed over access floor, was accomplished in 1987 for approximately 600 workstations. In November 1988, BMA contractually committed to a long-term program and since that time, an additional 12,500 stations have been installed.

A large Fort Worth based oil and gas company contracted Herman Miller on a 650 workstation program. The project was delivered and installed in multiple phases meeting all critical time frames set forth by the client. In addition to the ongoing projects, a team is still on site for maintenance, repair, and reconfiguration on a full-time basis.

Involvement in all phases of field office work including moves, changes or renovations. Offices average in size from 10,000 square feet with some at 40,000 square feet. HMWR plans their overall interiors within a very articulate space standards program. In addition, HMWR provides field maintenance, national warehousing and inventory control at our local facility. HMWR has performed work in over 220 New York Life locations nationwide.

Global hospitality owner/operator has purchased over 15,000 Aeron chairs for hotels around the world as part of their re-branding strategy. Intense logistics coordination required due to location and delivery schedules.

Completed in November 2002, this project consolidated the three DFW locations of Accenture to once central location. The project included 300 Ethospace workstations, 100 Resolve workstations, Aeron seating, Geiger casegoods and Meridian filing systems.

Completed in February 2003, a 1200 person call center was installed with Herman Miller Ethospace workstations and Aeron chairs in four weeks. Nissan continued to add people and workstations as their business needs grow.

Completed in February 2003, 400 Action Office workstations, Meridian filing systems and Aeron chairs were installed in their "State of the Art" North Operations Center in Southlake, Texas. Verizon has partnered with Herman Miller as their national standard for all facility solutions.
